About Derron
As you already know, I'm Derron Borders. I'm 26 years old and I'm from Circleville, Ohio, which is located about 45 minutes south of Columbus, Ohio, the capital. My passion (almost obsession) in life is languages, thus the title of my website. My passion for language has taken me on a great journey through life this far and I've met wonderful people on my way.
I've gone from learning French at my small high school, located in the middle of a corn field, to the south of Belgium where I was an exchange student with the Rotary Club for a year. I attended The Ohio State University where I double majored in Linguistics and French and then ended up receiving two separate bachelor degrees, graduating Cum Laude. I've taught English as a Second Language in French and Spanish elementaries and high schools and am pursuing my education in linguistics, working towards a PhD.
