Between September 2008 and May 2010, I lived abroad for nine months and eight months consecutively, teaching English as Second Language in French and Spanish public schools. Both programs were done by the consecutive countries' Ministry of Education where they would hire native speakers of English, German, Spanish and French to come and teach their native language.
